Nicki is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelors Degree in Advertising. She discovered Pilates while living in Chicago and eventually made a career change to Pilates after seeing the effects. She is a Stott-certified Mat, Chair, and Reformer Pilates instructor and also teaches TRX.

Jennifer has worked in a corporate environment for 20 years. Fitness has always been important to her and after wanting to try something new, she found Pilates. She has been actively involved ever since. She has completed her Stott Reformer & Mat training and has also completed Barre training. She has TRX and PiYo certification. She is committed to give her clients a great workout.

Sarah is a graduate of Oakland University with a Degree in Physics. She is a 200 RYT certified yoga instructor. Most of her 15 years of practice have been spent studying Iyengar yoga. She offers a very traditional practice, focusing on building a strong foundation, proper alignment and building a home practice.

Tiffany is a Balanced Body certified trainer in reformer, chair, cadillac, tower, barrels, mat & barre. She is currently training in Toronto, Canada for certification as a Post-Rehab Exercise Specialist. By the end of 2016 she hopes to earn her PMA certification as well. Continuing education is her priority and passion. Tiffany believes, "Pilates is a never-ending practice with principles that can be applied to most anything, and that is what keeps it new and exciting."

Erin graduated from Western Michigan University with a double major in Food Marketing and Spanish. After 12 years in Corporate America, she discovered the benefits of Pilates and decided to become a Stott certified mat and reformer instructor. She finds it rewarding to help people on their person journeys to health and happiness. Her passion for health and wellness has motivated her to also become a consultant for Wildtree Herbs.

Stephanie's yoga practice extends to 2003, based in Ashtanga Primary series. With a great focus on alignment for proper habit and allowing the journey and the process of posture to continue. It isn't just a yoga class, it's a community of people coming together to seek healing and light; we come to make ourselves healthier and happier by healing the body so we can quiet our mind, so we can feel our soul. Connie's yoga journey began as a way to build strength and flexibility as a horse rider, now as a mother of two, her yoga practice has taken on a whole new meaning. She draws not only physical stregth but emotional strength from a daily practice. It makes her more patient, more peaceful and therefore a better mother and horsewoman. Connie believes that yoga can benefit every body and is continually inspired by the children and adults she teaches.
